In 2008, I co-founded the non-profit association Cercle Via ordo (under the French law of 1901), registered with the Préfecture de Police de Paris and published in the Journal Officiel de la République Française. It is affiliated to the Fédération Française du Sport Travailliste (FFST), which has issued a Via ordo sports license and a Via ordo federal instructor diploma.
I created Via ordo so that anyone can defend themselves while preserving the physical, moral and material integrity of the aggressor.
The aim of Via ordo is to channel, control and free oneself from the grip of violence, in order to serenely apprehend life’s ups and downs and become an ambassador of goodwill.

Via ordo sessions take place in three stages:
- Via ordo Active Speaking-Listening is dedicated to the expression and understanding of verbal, non-verbal and body language. We share our experiences and look for solutions together.
- Via ordo Internal is a gentle warm-up for muscles, tendons and joints. Work on internal energy circulation, breath, body movement and well-being.
- Via ordo External is to find simple, gentle and effective responses to any aggression. We start by dodging by moving our feet, then absorb the negative energy, transforming it into positive energy and sending it back.
